Shipping and delivery

We ship anywhere in India, from our own unit. No dropshipping, no third-party seller in the middle.

Dispatch

Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. We press and bottle in small batches, so occasionally something takes an extra day — if it will, we tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery time

Typically 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Metros are usually at the faster end.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order, starting at ₹75. Ordering two bottles together costs far less than ordering them separately — the courier charges by parcel, not by bottle.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it has been more than 7 working days since dispatch and nothing has moved, write to us and we will chase the courier ourselves.

How we pack oil

Every bottle is sealed with a tamper-evident cap, wrapped, and cushioned before it goes in the box. Oil in transit is the thing most likely to go wrong in this business, so we over-pack rather than under-pack.

If a bottle still arrives leaking or broken, photograph it and write to us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund you in full. You keep the damaged bottle and you pay nothing to send anything back.

If delivery fails

Couriers usually make three attempts. If all three fail, or the address turns out to be wrong, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the product price — the shipping already spent is not recoverable. Please do check your address and phone number at checkout; a wrong digit is the most common cause of a parcel going astray.
